Currently all spots are filled but you can sign up here (URL will be linked here when website is live) to get on our waitlist. We will reach out when a spot opens.

Every flat contains 2 entrees, 2 grain bowls, 2 soups, 4 baked goods and 4 wellness shots. Everything is made fresh, so you have up to five days to enjoy and is served in microwavable containers for easy reheating.

The menu changes weekly and customers never know what they are going to get. But they do know it will always be fresh, healthy, seasonal, and delicious. We cannot accommodate food allergies all customers receive the same menu each week.

We do not provide any catering currently.

Customers sell or gift their share to a friend or family member if they are unable to pick up their share.

It is a month-to-month commitment. Some customers sign up for one month and then are done. And other customers have stayed on for years, with no plans of stopping.
