Heather Schneider is a chef, recipe developer and consultant. She is a Midwest native but honed her culinary skills while working under talented chefs in California, Maine, Toronto, and Europe. After soaking up as much knowledge as she could Heather retuned to Grand Forks, ND and began working at Amazing Grains Food Co-op as the kitchen manager. It was there that she made sustaining connections with local growers and developed a passion for using healthy ingredients. Her style of cooking was born, nourishing, delicious, feel-good food. In 2014 Heather became the Executive Chef at the North Dakota Museum of Art. She ran the café and coordinated all special events held at the museum. Heather refined her culinary technique while there and cultivated a love for art and food photography. She worked at the NDMOA for five years before leaving to start her own business, Joy Full Foods in the fall of 2019.
